2012 LPL State Convention

The 2012 LPL State Convention will be held Friday, April 20th & Saturday April 21st, 2012 in Lafayette.
We will be selecting delegates to the LNC National Convention in Las Vegas, nominating candidates for Presidential Elector, choosing new Party Executive officers, and debating changes to our By-Laws and Party Rules. All registered Libertarians are urged to attend this very important event.
The convention is being hosted by Holiday Inn Express located at 3903 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy. You can book your room directly on the Hotel website, or by calling them locally at 981-0600 or toll free at 1-888-HOLIDAY.
Members with current annual dues in good standing are already paid and registered for the convention. If you are such a member, you will be contacted to be advised of your registration. Otherwise, registered Libertarian voters (members of the Party) are required to purchase an admission package for $25 to cover the cost of the meeting room and food and beverage. Caucus and Convention Schedule

Parish Caucuses will be held now through Feb 25th. (some possibly through March 25th) See our Parish Caucuses page for more info.
Regional Caucuses will be held no later than March 25th, following the Parish Caucuses in each region. See our Regional Caucuses page for more info.
The State Convention will be held the weekend of April 20–22, 2012. Location and times to be determined. More details will be posted as soon as they are available.
