Libertarians at the Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival!

The Libertarians recently sponsored a booth at the Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival. We'd like to thank Bantaa's Le Fleur de Lis for hosting our event! Volunteers provided voter registration while spreading the message of Freedom and Liberty!

The Libertarian Party is founded on the principles of individual liberty and non-aggression. We believe that each individual is entitled to their life, liberty, and the fruits of their labor.

The Libertarian Party of Louisiana aims to restore our state by limiting government and it's involvement in our lives, by adhering to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and by treating all people equally.

We invite you to join us TODAY! You can change your voter registration to Libertarian online HERE. It's easy! A growing LPL will send a clear message that people want "More Freedom and Less Government!" Please support our organization as we work to implement the type of government you believe in.

2nd Amendment Rights Shall Not Be Infringed.

Louisiana is responsible for maintaining the general militia for the protection of itself, the Union, and to execute the laws. Each able individual has the responsibility to be knowledgeable and safe in the proper use of force so that he may provide for the defense of himself, his family, and the People. To these ends, the individual right of each to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Republicans and Democrats are working together to whittle away at our 2nd Amendment Rights. Libertarians are proud to stand for an unyielding adherence to the Constitution. We're fighting to restore Freedom and Liberty in America.

New Charitable Project!

The Optimist Club of Lafayette is in dire need of a new roof over their entire facility. They have not received any official estimates for the job, but preliminarily have determined themselves, that materials will run at a minimum $4,000. This will wipe out approximately HALF of their current balance of funds for their youth scholarships and events. Every dollar spent on the roof is a dollar they won't have available to put towards projects for the kids they help and serve.

Find out more about this project and why the LPL is promoting and supporting it on our new Charitable Projects page.
